Projects are completed on time, and all subcontractors are promptly paid from construction draws.

We provide detailed specifications, blue prints and thorough construction contracts that comply with Wisconsin construction and lein law requirements. After planning meetings with each homeowner, your contract includes realistic allowances for things like cabinets and countertops, flooring, fireplaces, bath fixtures, staining and painting, etc. If change orders become necessary during construction due to homeowner changes, they are handled professionally and with a clear and complete paper trail. There are no surprises at the final draw regarding increased costs you aren't aware of.

With T.N. Thompson Enterprises, Tom is on-site daily monitoring progress, scheduling subcontractors and suppliers and answering questions for the homeowners whenever needed. All final touches are personally handled by Tom, and your final walk thru prior to occupancy is thorough and addresses any last minute questions you might have. We even arrange to have your new home professionally cleaned right before you move in.
